  • The enterprise becomes a shares society under the name of S.C. Policolor S.A.;

  • The shares of Policolor are listed at the Bucharest Stock Exchange.

1997

  • Modernising the fabrics and the capacity of production.
  • Romanian Society for Assuring the Quality ceritfies the quality management system, accordingly with SR EN ISO 9001/1995 9001/1995 standards.

1998

  • Policolor buys the majority package of Orgachim , the biggest producer of paints and lacquers form Bulgaria.
  • Reorganising the product portofolio.
  • Implementing of the System of Enviroment Management.

2001

  • The Bucharest Inspectorate for Environment Protection grants to Policolor the Environment Recommendation subsequently the investment of over USD 180 thousand in protection systems against environment pollution.

2002

  • Policolor is granted the SRAC and IQNET certification for Management Integrate Systems of Quality and Environment.

2005

  • SRAC and IQNET certification for Management Integrate Systems of Quality and Environment granted for Policolor is renewed.
